Kristi is a proven commercial leader with deep experience across oncology diagnostics, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. She is known for building high-performing teams, leading commercial transformation, and expanding patient access across some of the most complex therapeutic areas in healthcare.

Mr. Kenny, age 57, has over 34 years of operational and commercial leadership experience.  Mr. Kenny currently is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board for OraSure Technologies, Inc (OSUR: Nasdaq), is an independent director on the Board of Directors for Quantum Si (QSI: Nasdaq), is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board for Cleveland Diagnostics (privately held), and is an independent director for DCN Dx (privately held).  Mr. Kenny previously served as Meridian Bioscience’s Chief Executive Officer and on the Meridian Board of Directors.
