Jack Kenny

Mr. Kenny, age 57, has over 34 years of operational and commercial leadership experience.  Mr. Kenny currently is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board for OraSure Technologies, Inc (OSUR: Nasdaq), is an independent director on the Board of Directors for Quantum Si (QSI: Nasdaq), is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board for Cleveland Diagnostics (privately held), and is an independent director for DCN Dx (privately held).  Mr. Kenny previously served as Meridian Bioscience’s Chief Executive Officer and on the Meridian Board of Directors. He joined Meridian Bioscience (a life science and diagnostic company) in October 2017 and led the business turnaround resulting in the company’s sale in January 2023 (to SJL Partners and SD Biosensor).   Before his tenure at Meridian, Mr. Kenny served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, North America, with Siemens Healthcare from 2014 to May 2017. From 2012 - 2014, Mr. Kenny served as Vice President and General Manager, U.S. Region, for Becton Dickinson, Diagnostic Systems. Prior to 2012, he held executive roles at Danaher Corporation and Quest Diagnostics. Mr. Kenny’s operational experience as a CEO of a publicly traded company, along with his key executive leadership within large public companies in the health care and medical device industry, makes him a valuable member of the board.
