His expertise spans regulatory compliance, data privacy, governance, and operational risk, making him a trusted advisor in navigating complex compliance landscapes.
Prior to joining NeoGenomics, Clarence spent 11 years as in-house counsel to Lee Health in Fort Myers, Florida providing counsel on health information privacy and security, employment immigration, medical staff governance, health system quality, and numerous other health care regulatory matters. He also worked as a litigator in the Misdemeanor Division for the State Attorney's Office of the 20th Judicial Circuit for Lee County, Florida. Clarence received his JD from Louisiana State University and his MS in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
