Kristi is a proven commercial leader with deep experience across oncology diagnostics, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. She is known for building high-performing teams, leading commercial transformation, and expanding patient access across some of the most complex therapeutic areas in healthcare.
Most recently, Kristi served as Head of U.S. Precision Health at Novartis, where she built and led an industry-leading capability that integrated diagnostics, digital health, advanced partnerships, and AI/ML into commercial and launch strategies. Her work accelerated patient identification, strengthened cross-functional execution, and helped set new standards for bringing precision medicine to scale
In her role, Kristi will drive revenue growth, strengthen commercial execution, and elevate the customer experience across our markets. She will lead our global commercial teams across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Enablement, and Customer Experience, and partner closely across the enterprise to deliver a more aligned, data-driven, and customer-focused go-to-market approach.
